Panorama NovaView and Microsoft’s New Platform offer Affordable Scalability for Enterprise Customers

TORONTO (November 10, 2010) – Panorama Software, a global leader in proactive Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, today announced support of the Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Parallel Data Warehouse through its flagship business intelligence solution, Panorama NovaView 6.2.

The solution allows Panorama NovaView users flexibility to natively connect to SQL Server 2008 R2 Parallel Data Warehouse and perform analysis on large enterprise data sets. Previously code-named project “Madison”, Microsoft’s new platform is a scalable appliance that uses massively parallel processing to deliver low-cost performance.

SQL Server 2008 R2 Parallel Data Warehouse supports large amounts of data. Panorama NovaView and SQL Server 2008 R2 Parallel Data Warehouse can both be quickly scalable to meet business needs, allowing fast data increases from tens to hundreds of terabytes. The system is also less expensive than other options, as it uses industry-standard hardware, and only requires additional capacity as data volume increases.

Community Bank Chooses Panorama Software BI Suite for Intuitive Web Interface and Tight Microsoft Integration

TORONTO (October 19, 2010) – Panorama Software, a global leader in proactive Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, today announced APS Bank has selected Panorama NovaView Enterprise Suite to provide its management actionable insights into corporate performance trends.

To improve overall business performance, APS Bank recognized that a dynamic enterprise business intelligence solution could help improve decision making across the organization. Industry-Leading TPC-H Benchmark Results Achieved for Performance and Price/Performance at 3 TB Scale Factor on IBM System
